Baltech performs different types of assessments to help companies with their Corporate Information Factory preparation, development, implementation and management. The assessments can be performed to help companies that are just entering the Corporate Information Factory arena, companies in the process of developing or implementing the Corporate Information Factory, and companies with operational Corporate Information Factories.

Each assessment consists of on-site interviews by the Baltech consultant(s), a survey of people involved with the effort (if desired), and delivery of the assessment report. In addition to the assessment report, Baltech consultants strive to provide knowledge transfer. This is often accomplished through formal and informal presentations conducted while performing the assessment.
